Very strange problem, I have set up a server with Ubuntu 12.04 and Nginx . I am running Prosper202 tracking software and after an initial delay ( DNS propagation?) it worked OK. I recently loaded some campaigns and after an hour or so Prosper202 stopped working. I tried Nginx reload, restart php and mysql no effect. When trying to access the server from domain name I had connection timed out error. I tried again after 8 hours and I could connect normally but after watching data for 30 minutes it stopped working and I can not access via browser (connection times out). Connection via SSH works no problem and I tried all the restart commands again without success, no access when entering domain name in browser. Server IP in the browser gives me Nginx welcome page. Help very much appreciated. Thank you.

Nothing in error log, but the server is now running perfectly. Maybe DNS issue I changed Nameservers 2 days ago. Hopefully problem has gone away! Thanks for your response.
