I’ve just changed my root password and then I typed in the new one into Filezilla but I cant connect. Below are the errors that I’ve received: Error: Received unexpected end-of-file from SFTP server Error: Could not connect to server
Can you guys advise what will be the best steps to solve this issue?

If you used the root password reset tool this would be expected. When you use this tool to set a new root password and email it to you this password must be changed on your first login.
You should log into your server using SSH and follow the prompts to set up a new password to replace the temporary one that was emailed to you. Once you’ve done this you should be able to connect with Filezilla.
Thanks for the info. I accessed Droplet console and I typed in the latest temporary password. After that, it was asking for UNIX password which I don’t know. where can I find it?
