Hi there,
Pere here from Cloudways.
Click&Go is a service (platform) that works on top of Digital Ocean. While with Digital Ocean, you get a server and you need to configure it, with the Cloudways, you get a Digital Ocean server and very easily you can deploy/manage/monitor a perfectly configured application on top of it in one click from a nice console. This is the added value that Cloudways provides on top of Digital Ocean.
For email, this week we are adding an email add-on that solves this issue. You will be able to buy mailboxes linked to your account.
And you could deploy CPanel directly on top of a Digital Ocean server, but this again will not provide the same level of features, easiness of use and performance you will get with Cloudways.
Simply put, we try to make using great Digital Ocean servers much simpler and convenient.
Pere
These are questions you should probably be asking of Cloudways. They are the ones you’re paying, and they are the ones providing the service you’re paying for. Digital Ocean only provides the servers that run the applications that you’re paying Cloudways to set up.
Hello there,
If you’re interested in a cPanel server with DigitalOcean you can quickly deploy one with our marketplace one-click installation for cPanel.
