Hi,
I wanted to duplicate my droplet (320GB SSD) but without all the users data, to be a test server. So I created a snapshot of it, created a new droplet from this snapshot and deleted all the users data from it, using just 7% of the SSD. But I can’t create a third droplet with 25GB SSD from this second snapshot. Why? The snapshot should be 22.4GB.
Will I need create a droplet from scratch and install all the stuffs that I need?

Thanks for reaching out! I understand you are trying to create a Droplet with 25 GB disk from the Snapshot of a Droplet with 320 GB disk.
The deployments using Snapshot images require the disk size to be at least equal to the disk of the original Droplet. I understand that the used disk on your Droplet is less than 25 GB, but the size of the filesystem isn’t a factor here. Rather the block disk (entire disk of the Droplet) needs to be equal/greater than the source Droplet. If you want to shrink to a plan with smaller disk, it won’t work as we don’t support shrinking a Droplet’s disk currently due to the risk of file-system corruption.
An option in that scenario is to create a new Droplet with the size you want and then work on migrating your content and data from the original Droplet to your new Droplet.
