I have just signed upto the service and have created a droplet. I want to install X server into my droplet, if i break it and need to create a new one i can destroy the current one and create another one. Will i then be billed another 10 dollars for doing that?

You are actually billed per hour, for every droplet you use.
So if you have 1 droplet that’s worth $10, that’s 10 divided 720hours is equal to $0.014/hour.
Note that, you are still charged even your droplet is turned off.
If you don’t have any existing droplet, then you’ll not be billed at all.
