Hola, llevo menos de 2 meses en el servicio para probar su VPS y he creado un Droplet y me están cobrando 17 USD, ya pagué 5 USD iniciales para vincular mi Paypal sin embargo tengo 200 USD a favor por ser cuenta nueva pero me estan cobrandoel uso de 17 USD lo cual considero ilógico, debería tener el crédito de los 100 USD para hacer uso del sistema.
