Any daily basis Backup plan available in Digital ocean? and what is the price for database backup and Droplet backup

DO automatic backup runs every week so far i know.

No, DigitalOcean does NOT offer daily backups. You can give your feedback on it on Uservoice site.
DigitalOcean offers Backups which is run automatically, once a week and costs 20% price of Droplet monthly. Example if you enable it on $10 Droplet it’ll cost you $2 monthly in addition to $10.
In addition to that there is Snapshot feature. It requires you to run manually (you can run it whenever you want) and costs you $0.05/GB used space/month. With some API usage you can make script that will create Snapshot everyday, so you have some type of daily backup.
Both Backups and Snapshot can be run Live, in other words without powering down your Droplet
