Deactivated my account

I have intentionally deactivated my account and purge data without first destroying my droplets which contain domain names attached.

While trying to use a different account to attached those domains from the previously deactivated account i received an error saying “domain already exists”

So can i remove those domains since i the account is deactivated and purged?
