Should i delete the “delete” file in the etc/apache2/sites-available folder? I have already created a mydomain.com config file with my domain name that points to var/www/mydomain/public_html BUT when i bring up my domain in a web browser it still points to the “it works” index file located in var/www/. I have already done sudo a2ensite mydomain.com and restart apach2.

Any suggestions?

Can you pastebin the contents of yourdomain.com?

Here it is http://pastebin.com/P7kNUPmQ <br> <br>BTW, i just retired using Ubuntu 13

Try deleting the default file in sites<strong>-enabled</strong> and see if that fixes it.
