Question

Deploy failing with "Generic Internal Error"

I was able to deploy my app earlier but now it’s failing with this error. The log says the build completed successfully and I didn’t change anything with the app configuration or the app itself. How do I troubleshoot this?

Heya,

We can’t see the error you mentioned. Can you share it again?

Also, can you please let us know if you are using App Platform and give more information of your setup?

Hey Will! 👋

The “Generic Internal Error” usually points to something failing during deployment. Have you tried doing a force redeploy of your app?

If you’ve made major changes to your app or configuration, double-check those for potential issues in your last commits.

If this still persists, I would recommend to reach out to the DigitalOcean Support.

Let me know how it goes!
