Difficulty logging into my website

Logging

My account was suspended and I have paid up my dues but I cannot still access my website; www.truesource.xyz enclosed is the receipt for payment made.

Hi @truesource310,

I’ve just pinged your domain and got the following:

 ping www.truesource.xyz
PING www.truesource.xyz (192.241.147.168) 56(84) bytes of data.
^C
--- www.truesource.xyz ping statistics ---
2 packets transmitted, 0 received, 100% packet loss, time 1000ms

Notice the 100% packet loss part. This means that you don’t have your network up. First, enter your Droplet using the Web Console. If you are not sure how you can do that, you can check the following documentation:

https://docs.digitalocean.com/products/droplets/resources/console/

Once you are inside your Droplet, type in:

sudo netplan apply

That should restart your network. Once the command finishes, try to ping an IP:

ping 8.8.8.8

Does it work? If yes you got your Network back and most probably your Website as well.
