Hi, Could someone tell me if the servers hosted outside US are secure in terms of data privacy? Do they comply to US laws? Not that i’m a super-villain, but I plan on developing my own password management tool, and I don’t want any NSA or whatever US agency sniffing.

The only solution is to have a physical server inside your house and in-depth knowledge how to secure it properly.
…and btw, a VPS is the least secure of all servers
