After I filled out the form for the DigitalOcean sponsorship, I have recently received an email from a representative who asked me to reply to the email. After I replied to the email from sponsorships@digitalocean.com, I got an automatic reply telling me to fill out another form. Is there an effective medium to confirm our partnership?

I’ve just spoken with our Sponsorships team about this. It sounds like there’s an automated email that gets sent out whenever you send an email to the sponsorships address, sorry for any confusion this caused!
Our Sponsorships team should have replied to you now, you can continue the conversation with them in the email thread that has #262 in the subject.
