please in my situation here dkim has refused to implement. i am using webmin installed on Ubuntu 18.04 and my domain provider is namecheap. i have tried all i could for the past 24 hours.

Have in mind that DNS changes might take up to 48 hours in order to fully propagate due to ISP cache. If you’re sure that you’ve entered the DKIM value/content properly then all you need to do is wait for the DNS to update. You can also use https://mxtoolbox.com/dkim.aspx to check if the record has been added properly.
