I transferred my domain from Squarespace to Namecheap and set up my Nameservers to DO.
I then set up my MX records and Domain in the Networking tab for my DO Wordpress site I created.
My email works, but my site continues to give me a DNS error. Whois shows the updated Nameservers yet the site does not load.

Your DNS looks absolutely correct. I believe that this could have been due to DNS caching, it can take between 1 and 72 hours for the DNS cache to clear over the Globe before you could see your new A record.
