Does digital ocean support in websocket? And does my area suitable for hosting on your site?

I would like to have websocket in my application. I’m using rachet (https://socketo.me) to implement it to my website. So did your service support? I have ask hostgator but they didn’t support. And I live in Malaysia , is my area having a good support?
