Is there anyway to remove from one region if it is on multiple regions and it does cost?

Snapshots are billed according to the amount of disk space they consume at a rate of $0.05/GB. So if your Snapshot is 2GB and you have it in 2 regions, you’d be using 4GB which would cost $0.20.
As far as removing it from a specific region, from what I can see, this is not possible (at the time of this reply).
