I have correctly set up the VirtualHost, the hosts files and the DNS on the registar but when I am trying to access my domain address it is showing that the ip is not accessible.
Any idea to solve this issue?

Did you add the domain in the digitalocean dns?

Under getting started.
If not, you have no A record or cname.
If you have done this can you show us the error in the browser?
