Question

"[domain] is inaccessible, please verify" SSL error server migration

Hi there,

I’m attempting a server migration for my website. Everything has been migrated and the DNS has propagated, and I’ve pointed my A record to the new server. You can see the site here.

However, when I attempt to install the SSL certificate, I get the following error:

Domain has been added into OpenLiteSpeed listener.

Do you wish to issue a Let's encrypt certificate for this domain? [y/N] y

ippmagazine.com is inaccessible, please verify!

Any ideas what I need to do? I’ll probably revert back to the older server for the time being…

Hello there,

The DNS might take up to 24 hours in order to update, this is mainly due to DNS Cache from ISPs, local DNS cache and general DNS propagation time.

If the issue is still persisting let us know.

Regards

How long did you wait for the propagation? What’s the output result after pointing the domain to the new droplet? Please run the command,

curl -Iv https://www.ippmagazine.com/
