Domain "" name already exists.

I created a ticket number: #3056538

I want to add a domain, but I get: Domain ‘XXXXX’: name already exists.

BUT But support does not answer me all day.

In search of a solution, I found: that this domain refers to the IP address DigitalOcean. But this domain belongs to me and I want to add it to my droplet.

Dear support, this question is for you. When will I have an answer on my ticket?
