Domain name already exists.

I had a previous DigitalOCean droplet with a personal account that I added a NameCheap domain that I own. However, I deleted the project and deactivated that account and created a new one with a new DigitalOCean droplet, but when I wanted to use that same domain it keeps telling me “Domain name already exists” and it’s been going on for more than five days even though I already restarted the domain in NameCheap and I’ve been checking the propagation out. Could you help me out with that issue please? It’s something urgent.

Hey @muneseninformatica, thanks for the question! Please open a support ticket from within your account and include the domain name. You’ll need to verify ownership with a TXT record generated by support and then they’ll remove the domain from the previous account so you can get it added.
