I have registered domain name artofdigits.ga with freenom, I wrote dns (ns1.digitalocean.com… etc) for dns at freenom. I do have virtual host running on apache on my droplet, no error from apache configtest, yet I cannot see the site by http/https

Hello, @olgavnyc
Keep in mind that DNS changes might take up to 48 hours in order to update due to ISP cache. You can check the DNS propagation using a site like https://www.whatsmydns.net/ and check if it’s properly resolving from different points around the world. Usually it happens a lot faster than 28 hours, but you still need to wait for few hours until the DNS zone fully propagates.
Let me know how it goes.
Regards, Alex
