I want to connect my domain to a droplet. I’ve had an old account with DO, where I already used that domain but I deleted that account because I wanted a fresh start.
So I created a new one with a different e-mail address, set up my droplet, but then when I wanted to connect my domain it says: “Domain not available”
I’ve already created a support ticket but after a few hours they replied with a step-by-step tutorial to how to delete a DO account. Not what I was asking for at all.
Two days ago I replied to that ticket again stating my problem a bit more detailed, no answer. I sent another message, saying it was urgent and stated my problem AGAIN, no answer.
Does anyone know what to do in that situation? Why is the DO support not responding and why isn’t there a Live Chat?
I feel kinda lost as I am dependent on a support team that ignores my messages apparently.

In our public community, we aim to answer open questions about anything SysAdmin, DigitalOcean and beyond. However, we make every attempt to keep personal information safe and so don’t ever access personal account information here. This means we can’t provide help with any account or billing-related issues.
Do you have a ticket number from when you contacted our support team so that I can get this followed up for you?
Hope that helps! - Bobby.
