Hello,
Just registered and came here to complain how absurd this issue is for God sake, it was easier for me to learn how to setup LAMP stack and install Cpanel from SSH, with ZERO issues, then try to fix this issue, while using OFFICIAL Cpanel Droplet on DigitalOcean.:
cPanel & WHM by cPanel, LLC VERSION 11.78.0.16 OS CentOS 7.6
Every single solution I tried on this post did not work, and this thread was started 10 years ago, cmon guys.

Hello, @Christopher474
Could you please make sure that your domain name is pointed to the droplet? Also keep in mind that if you’ve made the DNS changes in the past 24 hours you might experience some issues due to ISP cache. I will also recommend you to check your domain/site using an alternative browser or try after clearing your browser’s cache as well. Another way to test this is to access the site using your smart devices with mobile data ON.
Let me know how it goes.
Regards, Alex
