I am a developer at a company. We originally had a domain linked to Company X, where I used a custom domain. Both we and Company X were using Digital Ocean servers. However, I am facing an issue when trying to add my Digital Ocean account. I have already accessed Registro.br, where I purchased the domain, and removed the DNS records associated with Company X. Nevertheless, I still cannot add my Digital Ocean account. It’s worth noting that I am the owner of the domain. How should I proceed to resolve this situation?

Heya @matheusmoreiramilito,
That’s because the domain is already added in another account. You’ll need to contact DigitalOcean’s Support, they will be able to assist you with adding the domain to your account.
Please reach out to our amazing support team who will be more than happy to assist you with your account issue! :)
Hope that helps! - KFSys.
