Hello ,
My droplet suddenly down and I got the message “you need to load the kernel first” after regular Ubuntu boot screen (grub).
How to I solve that problem? Digitalocean support seems not answer the support tickets.

If necessary, our team can set your droplet to boot to a recovery ISO which will allow you to access your disk and make any changes needed to fix the problem that is preventing the boot process from completing.
