Hi all - I’m going to make this as detailed as I can so please bare with me.
We set up a new server and added 3 ssh keys for 3 different users on different machines. These keys did work for around 3 days and we had full functionality with connecting then we didn’t connect to the server for a couple of days and now when we try to connect, it asks us all for a password to connect via ssh.
We did not change or install anything extra to the server it was working fine when we left it and now we simply cant connect, and of course we didn’t receive the root password as we set up the ssh keys at server creation.
I did of course check here on different articles and from around the web to see if I could fix this problem but nothing seems to work.
I think this problem is definitely server side and not from our end (as it affected all 3 of us)
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Callum
