My droplet was not responding to pings and I requested for a power cycle through the management console. 1 hour back i tried power cycle and i got error message “Action Did Not Complete”
2nd time, when i tried power cycle. However, ever since then I’m getting a perpetual “Your event is processing” page whenever I load my droplet; I’m stuck!.
I have also raised ticket but nobody is responding

It seems that our droplet have the same problem now. What was the solution in your case?
A power cycle can take up to 5 minutes to process. The system will first attempt a soft power off but if the droplet has not completed a power off 5 minutes after that signal is sent then it should then do a hard shutdown.
I was able to locate your ticket and it appears that it has been escalated so our engineers can investigate since this process did not complete sucessfully. You should receive an update shortly.
Based on the issue it is extremely unlikely that there is any need for concern about your data and our engineers should be able to get you back up and running.
