I use Ubuntu boot from Hard Drive and Install Windows OS is ok runing work. and change time zone to Asia/Bangkok is ok. But I open windows more than 1 night the next tomorrows time it invalid reset to UTC. Time zone still to set Asia/Bangkok but it display time in valid from UTC time.
This case same when i power off/on time reset to UTC time after power on again.

date
apt install ntp
ntpq -p
dpkg-reconfigure tzdata
date
