What is the reason for this report?

Droplet removed by DO admin ?

My account was suspended due to non-payment after 1 month or so when i came back from hospital (i had an accident) and paid my dues. My droplet was removed and its backups and snapshot , all data associated with it, Is now removed ? Now what should i do to recover back my client data? what should i explain to him now DO TEAM? kindly explain is this the way of purging droplet along with all the data works? I really need to restore my droplet along with its data kindly assist me ASAP
