Check if Have you received any emails about it? Also, has the Droplet been off or the services? Check your logs to see around the time if anything happenned like a critical error or something similar.

DigitalOcean Droplets don’t normally shut off on their own, so a 30 min downtime usually points to something external. Could be maintenance on the underlying hypervisor, a host issue that required migration, or a problem inside the Droplet itself like a crash or out-of-memory event.
If you check the Activity tab in the control panel, DigitalOcean will usually show if any maintenance or migrations happened. If nothing shows up there, the best move is to open a ticket and ask support to check the host logs for you. They can see exactly why the Droplet went down.
