hi. i just signed up and created one centos server. as far as i know, i am supposed to receive an email which contains root password and other info. but i can’t see it in my mailbox. i tried to reset root password so that i can receive relevant email but nothing happened. i can see a paypal - which i signed up in order to sign up digital ocean - welcome email so i don’t think there is a problem in my mail server. can you guys tell me what is wrong? i am urgent but cant do anything…

I also encountered the same issue today. I’ve just fired a ticket and waiting for resolve.
They’re aware of it and trying to fix the issue. In the mean time you could relaunch the droplet with an ssh key. There’s tutorials available that explain how to do that.
Create a ticket in the support area and they will take a look at your account.
