What is the reason for this report?

Erroneous payment

I just made a payment and the money was charged to my credit card but I received an error message and when I tried to save my payment method again it tries to charge my credit card again, I don’t wanna pay again it seems like the system has stolen my money, what can I do in this case, I opened a ticket but still don’t get any response :(

Hey Matt! sure, this is the number of the ticket #3451818 thanks for your help, well I thought that maybe I can get some help from here there is a category that says billing and that’s why I opened the discussion, I’m really new using Digital Ocean and its products that’s why I opened this kind of discussions over here, Thanks again for you help.
