I’m getting the above error just all of a sudden trying to login ssh into my droplet. Everything used to work and I didn’t change anything.
What could be going wrong?

The error you’ve posted is displayed in the web console and would not be displayed when using ssh to connect to your droplet. There are a few reasons why you may not be able to make a console connection depending on your Internet connection as certain required ports may be blocked or high latency may keep the connection from succeeding. You can open a ticket with our support team and they can assist you in identifying the issue or you can connect to your droplet using an SSH client (terminal on OS X or Linux or PuTTY on Windows).
Check that your droplet firewall is allowing access to VNC. For linux/ubuntu based systems check /var/log/syslog for error messages while connecting to console.
Mostly likely it’s a firewall issue in the droplet which is blocking incoming VNC connecitons
