Failed to receive emails, Error Recipient address rejected: User unknown in virtual alias table

I am running a ubuntu droplet with sentora installed. I can send mail but i cannot receive any emails i keep getting an error. 'Recipient address rejected: User unknown in virtual alias table' any solutions on how i should go about this.

This is a tough issue to troubleshoot but most of the similar issues I was able to find online resulted from incorrect settings for mydestination in the configuration.

I would recommend starting here where a user on the Sentora forum had a similar issue.

Try this command: /usr/local/psa/bin/domain -u example.com -mail_service false

or remove last bit - my hostname = your domain from main.cf file
