Failed to receive emails, Error Recipient address rejected: User unknown in virtual alias table

I am running a ubuntu droplet with sentora installed. I can send mail but i cannot receive any emails i keep getting an error. ‘Recipient address rejected: User unknown in virtual alias table’ any solutions on how i should go about this.
