AWS does GPU based instances but they are still at CUDA Feature version 3.0x, if you put a couple of Nvidia Digit on the cloud you will be having a) Cutting edge GPU hosting b) Prepare your infrastructure for when Nvidia launches Pascal and Volta in the next couple of years when GPU based deep learning is going to really explode because of the generational increase in computing power in their GPUs.
It is probably is not as simple as it sounds and also from the outside it seems nvidia has some grid based GPU processing targeted to cloud infrastructure in which case this request won’t make much sense. anyways my 2 cents.
