Hello,
i’m trying to configure a web server binding specific to a floating IP which is assigned to a droplet, however the traffic doesn’t seem to be catching. Did a little digging around and I can see in the logs that although my test box is connecting to the floating IP that the server itself is not seeing that in the header and is instead showing the traffic hitting the IP that’s actually assigned to the machine instead of the floating IP.
Is there a setting I can change that will force the correct header information to be forwarded when using floating IPs?

Hi Eric,
You can look at the following page Floating IPs to Droplets that use custom images where you will find some requirements.
Hope helps you,
