Hello DigitalOcean Support,

I’m writing to express my frustration regarding the complete lack of response to a support ticket I created four days ago (Ticket #9318150). It’s really disappointing to see such delays, especially when this issue is critical to my ongoing project. I understand that the support team might be dealing with a high volume of requests, but four days with zero communication is simply unacceptable.

I expect at least an acknowledgment of the issue, if not a full resolution by now. If more information is needed from my side, I’m ready to provide it, but I shouldn’t have to chase for updates like this.

Please escalate this matter and get back to me ASAP. My project is on hold, and further delays are not an option.
