I have created FTP for my server using this tutorial https://www.digitalocean.com/community/articles/how-to-set-up-vsftpd-on-ubuntu-12-04 . but i can’t see my site’s files there. actually i have 2 wordpress site in same droplet. How to define the path to my web sites ?

Did you not read the warning at the beginning of that tutorial? Why would you not set up SFTP, instead?
