Morning All,
Hoping someone can help I am trying to connect to my FTP for a client and they have sent me all the details for the host etc and told me to use port 22 however it simply keeps timing out in FileZile or any sort of online portal.
Anyone have any suggestions as to what this might be?

If you’re using port 22, you’re most likely using SFTP - SSH File Transfer Protocol. Make sure to set that in your client - most Linux distributions and Macs support this out of the box, for Windows I highly recommend using WinSCP.

Thanks for the help I have been using FileZilla and it’s not connected. Do you know of an online SFTP client I could try as I am on the go?
I’ve managed to get in but cannot find the sub directory which houses all my files :(
