FTP records with FileZilla

Hi, there!

I am currently switching hosts. I’m from Belgium so I’m moving to a Belgian host. The new host needs my FTP records, but I’m able to find these. I contacted Digital Ocean and they sent me a guide on how to access these records. They told me to do that through FileZilla. I need to set that program up and everything but I have no idea how to do that. I tried following the guide they sent me (https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/how-to-use-sftp-to-securely-transfer-files-with-a-remote-server) but I’m just a mess at this sort of stuff.

Hi!

Is your host migrating your data for you or are you doing that yourself? Also, are you moving to anotherVPS or is it a different kind of host?
