I am currently using SiteLock to manage the security/monitoring on my site. However, they cannot gain access to my site until I create a login for SFTP file access. I no longer have a reliable web developer (who was the one that originally set me up on Digital Ocean) and I have walked myself through the tutorials 3 times and still haven’t done it right as they still can’t get access with the user I’ve created for them.
I’m done trying and need to enlist the help of a professional who knows the ins and outs of Digital Ocean. Is there a way to find a developer on here that I can pay to set up a new user on my account with FTP access so SiteLock can proceed to clean and maintain my site?
