I just recently received my GitHub education pack, only to see that I can’t apply my Promo here at DigitalOcean. It seems a little unfair, as this community, as well as the web is filled with answers like ‘…open support ticked and it will be fixed.’, meanwhile I can not use my code.
Contacting support is of no help, unless you wish to receive back messages copied from the bot-like messages they already pre-wrote that they’re excited, psyched, and whatsoever to be part of this partnership but obviously they’re not.
