Github education promo code could not use??

i want to use github education package promo code , but when i sin up, i had get 10$ promo code , so i could not use github promo code , so how i should do to use gitbub promo code? thanks

I’ve got the same problem.

I went to the billing page in the settings and it tells me :

Incorrect Promo Code! 
Sorry, this promo is not available for your account at this time.
