I have made this account using GitHub education, but I have not gotten credits. After I gave my card details, it just says error occured. I have a visa card.

If you’re seeing an error after adding your card and the credits haven’t been applied, it’s probably best to reach out to DigitalOcean support so they can check the account and billing status.
They’ll be able to see what’s causing the error and help activate the credits if everything is set up correctly:
