I installed CWP successfully on my domain (https://domain.com/) and created nameservers ns1.domain.com , ns2.domain.com, 24 hours ago but godaddy says Nameserver not available. How to fix it.

Hello, @oyemr
Looking at the ns records they’re now propagating/resolving. Can you please confirm if you’re still experiencing issues? Also I will recommend to check with GoDaddy’s support if you’re seeing any error messages - Nameserver not available because the domain name is registered with them and they can help with setting the custom nameservers, e.g glue records.
Let me know how it goes.
Regards, Alex
