What is the reason for this report?

Google Scholar "We Are Sorry..." Problem

I have a problem “We’re sorry… but your computer or network may be sending automated queries. To protect our users, we can’t process your request right now.” from Google when visiting http://scholar.google.com I live in China,so i must use shadowsocks to visit google. I wish somebody may help me…

This issue should be caused by some people who have VPS hosts in the same data center as yours. To resolve this, you can enable IPv6 on your VPS, and then append following to /etc/hosts: 2607:f8b0:4005:801::200e google.com 2607:f8b0:4005:801::200e www.google.com 2607:f8b0:4007:805::100f scholar.google.cn 2607:f8b0:4007:805::100f scholar.google.com 2607:f8b0:4007:805::100f scholar.google.com.hk 2607:f8b0:4007:805::100f scholar.l.google.com

Shadowsocks has probably been used to attack the google servers in some way. Thats why they protect their servers. Use some other proxy or VPN would help
