I am a new user. I tried to connect my server via filezilla on Ubuntu but I could not access it. Every time it gives authentication “Authentication failed” error. I want connect my server and upload my nodejs projects.

If you set up a droplet with password based authentication (instead of ssh keys) you will need to log in at least once via ssh or the console in the control panel to replace your temporary password before an SFTP connection will be successful. If you’ve already done this I would recommend reviewing your log files in /var/log/ for an indication as to what is preventing the SFTP connection.
