help me, my website can't be accessed after restarted apache through webuzo cpanel

hello i’m running my droplet on ubuntu and webuzo for control panel. recently i just restarting my apache service from webuzo control panel. but after restart i can’t access my website and also my webuzo control panel.

my website is grassclothwallpaper.net, it’s only show me loading progress if i access it.

i don’t know anymore what to do to solve it. have asked for ticket but they seems won’t to help :(
